Import Fee’s

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or courier handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, you will be contacted directly by the shipping courier.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Refused Shipments

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the parcel is consequently rejected, abandoned, or returned to us, we accept no responsibility for any delays, losses, or additional charges incurred. Return transit times are determined solely by the courier and customs authorities and may take several weeks or months. In some cases, returned parcels may be delayed, misplaced, or lost during the return process.

We strongly advise against placing an order if custom fees cannot be covered.

We are not liable for parcels that are lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise mishandled while being returned to us following the non-payment of customs charges. Refunds, replacements, or reshipments for orders rejected due to unpaid customs fees are not guaranteed and will be issued solely at our discretion.

Refused Deliveries and Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

If a delivery is refused, rejected, or cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or fails to collect the parcel from the courier or designated collection point, this is outside of our control. In such circumstances, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.

Where a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, non-collection, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, return transit times are determined solely by the courier and may take several weeks or months. In some cases, returned parcels may be delayed, misplaced, or lost during the return process. We accept no responsibility or liability for parcels that are delayed, lost, or otherwise mishandled by the courier while being returned to us.
