International Shipping, Duties, Taxes & Returns
Important Information for International Orders
Orders shipped outside UK are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis unless we specifically state otherwise.
This means that any import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other charges associated with importing your order into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping charge.
We do not cover or reimburse these charges.
The amount of any applicable charges is determined by the relevant customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and is outside our control. Charges may vary depending on the goods being imported, their value, classification, country of origin and the customs rules applicable at the time of import.
Duties & Taxes Stated at Checkout
By proceeding with and placing your order, you confirm that you have read and understood this information and agree to be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and other import-related charges.
This information forms part of the terms of your purchase.
We will not cover or reimburse any import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs charges or other import-related costs associated with your order.
If you are unwilling or unable to pay applicable import charges, please do not place an international order.
Carrier Contact & Payment
Your order may be shipped using UPS or another international carrier. The carrier may contact you directly by email, telephone or another available method to arrange payment of applicable import charges or to obtain information required to clear your shipment through customs.
Please ensure that the contact details provided when placing your order are accurate and that you monitor your email and telephone for communications from the carrier.
You are responsible for responding to the carrier and paying any applicable charges requested in connection with the import and delivery of your order.
Your shipment may be held or delayed until any required information has been provided and applicable charges have been paid.
Responsibility for Import Charges
By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for all applicable import charges associated with your order.
We will not pay these charges on your behalf, reimburse you for these charges, or refund these charges to you.
Import charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge paid to us at checkout. Paying for shipping does not mean that import duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees have been paid.
If you believe an import charge has been calculated incorrectly, this should be raised directly with the carrier or relevant customs authority. We are unable to alter or waive charges imposed by customs authorities or the carrier.
Refusal, Rejection or Non-Payment of Import Charges
If you refuse to pay applicable import charges, refuse delivery, reject the shipment, fail to respond to the carrier, or otherwise prevent the shipment from being cleared or delivered, your order may be held, delayed or returned to us.
Refusing or rejecting a shipment does not remove your responsibility for charges associated with that shipment.
If the carrier, customs authorities or another third party charges us any duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs charges, return shipping costs, refusal fees or other costs because you have refused or failed to accept the shipment, these costs will be deducted from any refund.
If we are billed for import duties, taxes or other charges that should have been paid by the recipient, these charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to us because you have refused delivery, failed to pay import charges, failed to respond to the carrier or otherwise failed to accept the shipment:
- The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
- We will not process a refund until the goods have physically returned to us and have been received and inspected.
- International rejected orders can take several months to reach us.
- We cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refused or rejected shipment to be returned to us.
- Any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, refusal fees or other costs charged to us may be deducted from your refund.
- Any import charges or other fees that we are billed for as a result of the returned shipment are non-refundable.
- If the total costs incurred by us exceed the amount available to refund, you may remain responsible for the outstanding balance.
Returns Made After You Receive Your Order
If you receive your order and subsequently decide to return an item to us, you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to us, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply in your country.
We do not cover or reimburse:
- Return postage or shipping costs
- Import duties or tariffs
- Taxes
- Customs or clearance fees
- Brokerage fees
- Any other third-party charges associated with returning the item to us
Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges or other fees paid when your order originally entered the destination country are not refundable by us.
If you return an item to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the return is correctly declared and shipped in accordance with the applicable customs requirements.
We will not reimburse import charges, customs fees, brokerage fees or other costs incurred when returning your order.
If we are subsequently billed for any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other import-related costs because of a return, these costs may be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you, where permitted by applicable law.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
This applies whether your order is returned to us because you have refused or rejected the shipment, failed to pay applicable import charges, failed to respond to the carrier, or whether you have accepted delivery and subsequently returned the item to us in accordance with our returns policy.
We do not refund the cost of shipping the original order to you.
Refunds
Where a return is accepted in accordance with our returns policy, the eligible value of the returned goods will be refunded once the goods have been received and inspected.
The following third-party charges are not refundable by us:
- Import duties
- Tariffs
- Taxes paid to customs or the carrier
- Brokerage or clearance fees
- Return shipping costs
- Customs charges
- Refusal or return fees
- Other third-party charges associated with the shipment or return
Where we are billed for costs arising from the shipment or its return, those costs may be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.
We cannot refund charges that have been paid directly to a carrier, customs authority or another third party.

If you are unwilling or unable to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges, please do not place an international order.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order is being shipped internationally from outside your destination country.

- These charges are not included in your order total or shipping charge.
- The carrier may contact you directly to arrange payment or obtain information required for customs clearance.
- We will not cover or reimburse applicable import charges.
- Refusing, rejecting or failing to accept a shipment does not remove your responsibility for applicable charges.
- If a shipment is returned to us, the original shipping charge will not be refunded, where permitted by applicable law.
- Any costs or non-refundable charges incurred by us as a result of a refused, rejected or returned shipment may be deducted from your refund.
- If you return an item after accepting delivery, you are responsible for the return shipping and associated customs, import or other third-party charges, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply in your country.
- A refused or rejected international shipment may take several months to return to us, and no refund will be processed until the goods have been received and processed by us.
