RETURN QUESTIONS
Once we have your returned parcel, it can take 1-2 weeks to be processed. Please don't worry if you have not heard from us yet, your parcel will be working its way through the network.

If you cannot find the email you're looking for, then please contact customer support with your full name & date of order placed. This way we can find your order in our system!
We would advise:

- Double check for typos or spaces before/after the code.
- Review the codes terms eg. minimum spend, product exclusions
- Still stuck? Reach out and we can apply it for you if valid.
