Nadia London 14-Day Returns Policy
You deserve to love every piece... want to make a return? We have simplified the returns process. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.
1.2. If you are returning a dress with boning inside, the boning must be undamaged and not bent out of shape.
1.3. Tags must not be damaged.
1.4. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged.
1.5. Original shipping costs is non-refundable once purchased.
1.6. End of season sale items or items marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. Initiation of the Return
Please note: Nadia London Returns Portal will provide the shipping label, in exchange a £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your order refund, to cover shipping costs.
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you package your return carefully, ensuring boning or clothing construction is not damaged or bent out of shape.
- Access our Royal Mail Returns Portal online.
- Provide your order number and your email address.
- Select the shipping method you prefer and receive a QR code or shipping label.
- Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point within 48 hours of creating the label.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. A fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund total, to cover the return postage costs of providing your returns label.
3.2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel.
3.3. Please be aware that returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
4.3 Once approved a £5.00 shipping cost fee will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of the return label provided.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Changes to the Returns Policy
Nadia London reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
