We want customers to have a good experience, always. We offer a full refund on returned item(s) and have broken down making a return into five simple steps. Please ensure you follow the steps below for a smooth return process.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU FOLLOW ALL 5 STEPS
Ensure your item has no signs of wear, tear or alteration and has not been worn, washed or used for anything other than a try on.
Ensure your item was delivered less than 14 days ago.
Please ensure you follow all of the below so we can identify your return.
- Include a slip of paper with your order number & name.
- Package your item up in its original packaging to ensure it does not get damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for the return shipment fee's, we will process the return for free at our end.
Please ensure you use a tracked shipping method to ensure your return does not get lost, Nadia London are not responsible for returns lost in the post.

- Your full name (used when order placed)
- Your order number
- Item(s) you are returning
- Your return parcel tracking number

Our customer support team will process you return, this can take 2-5 working days. Once we have checked your return, we will notify you via email of acceptance or rejection. We will contact your email address used at checkout.
If your return has been accepted, we will process a full item(s) refund to your payment method used at checkout. Refunds can take 7-15 days to show in your account, dependant on account type.
If your return has been rejected, we will contact you with a payment link for the item(s) to be returned to you. Rates vary based on country of delivery. If you would prefer us to dispose of your item, we can do this.

Items purchased on SALE or at a discounted price can be returned for store credit only. Store credit lasts 30 days and will be sent to your account in form of code.
Nadia London are not responsible for returns that are lost in the post, this is the customers responsibility. However, we do advise using a tracked postage method to ensure your return will be trackable the entire time.
Once your return has been delivered it can take 2-5 days for our team to process. The return will be checked for signs of wear, then we will advise you via email if your return has been rejected or accepted.
Refunds can take 7-15 days to show in your account, dependant on bank account type.
If your return is rejected you will be notified via email communication from our team. You will be sent a payment link, which must be paid in order for your item to be shipped back to you. Rates vary dependant on country of delivery.
If you haven't included a slip of paper in your return parcel with your order number, as advised in STEP 2 - then we can not garuntee we can identify your return. Please don't worry, our team will ask you a set of questions to try and work this out at our end but we can not make guarantees.
