Part time role (Monday - friday)

Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, efficient and focused individual to join our warehouse team. This will be a part time role with set hours. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfilment roles is preferred but not required.

Hours: 10am - 2pm (Monday - Friday)

Location: Liverpool (centre)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label online orders based on customer requests, ensuring that all products are checked for quality before dispatch.
  • Parcel Delivery: Deliver parcels to our courier's at the end of your day (EVRI drop off, Royal Mail drop off point.)
  • Returns Processing: Efficiently manage incoming customer returns by inspecting returned items, processing refunds or exchanges, and restocking products as appropriate.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock organisation, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that all products are stored properly and accessible for easy retrieval.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are correctly packed, protected, and labeled to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Customer Service Support: Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to online orders or returns.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling products and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment roles is preferred but not required.
  • Drivers lisence preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with technology, including order management systems and basic office software.
  •  Physical ability to lift and move products

Customer Support Advisor

At Nadia London, we’re dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Customers satisfaction is our top priority, we need an organised and focused professional to assist with any queries our customers might have. Whether it's help finding the perfect item, order related queries or help with a return, we need a customer support advisor who is friendly and reliable.

Hours - 10am - 2pm (Saturday - Sunday)

Location - Work from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers queries via the customer support live chat, ensuring that customers feel satisfied with the help that they have recieved.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via the customer support chat function and email.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report customer feedback on our items
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new products and restock dates.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in IT applications
  • Ability to communicate professionally via email
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
