
Purchased a pre-order? All information below.
When a design sells out quickly on launch day, we will make that design available to purchase on 'pre order.' This means that customers purchase the stock before it has arrived to us, if an item is pre order it will always be stated on the item page above 'add to cart' along with an estimated delivery date.

All items that have been purchased between 23/03/2025 and 27/04/2025 on pre order were available for purchase for shipment between April 29th 2025 and 4th May 2025. Pre order's have began shipment and unless you are contacted via email with other information - will have shipped. You can find your tracking in your email that you used at checkout.
All items purchased after 27th April 2025 will ship within 1-2 weeks from the date of order placed. You will receive tracking to your email address used at checkout.

If an item is pre order, it will be stated on the item page above the 'add to cart' button. You can also reach out to customer support for help and they can inform you. Items that are non pre order, ship on day of order if purchased before 1pm - otherwise they ship the following day.
In the rare case that your pre order is delayed for any reason, you will receive an email from our customer support team. Please check your junk/spam inbox for this - it will always be titled 'Nadia London | Your order.' If you need to contact us about your pre order, please contact us here.
